巴基斯坦总统扎尔达里访问中国不断加深两国的伙伴关系(译文)

伊斯兰堡消息:巴基斯坦总统扎尔达里将在本周二飞往中国来寻求经济投资,由于和美国联系紧密,在这此不断加深的经济危机前寻求支撑本国的经济。
巴基斯坦是中国在亚洲关系最密切的盟友,中国在此方面是寻求巴基斯坦与印度抗衡。
扎尔达里自今年九月上任以来,这四天的访问是他首次外出访问的第一个国家,上个月他参加纽约的联合国大会后与美国布什总统会面了。
退休的军队总司令马苏德对法新社表示:"扎尔达里仍在不断的学习,因为在外交上赢得各方的平衡是很困难的事情。"
“由于美国和中国在巴基斯坦强势存在,扎尔达里将寻求一个使中美两国共同存在巴基斯坦,并且对巴基斯坦最大利益化。这是扎尔达里面临最大的困难”。马苏德说。
由于巴基斯坦同样经济困难,所以必须要求西方的支持者避免银行破产。扎尔达里在与胡锦涛主席和温家宝总理的见面中寻求援助和投资。
这是扎尔达里就任总统后第一个正式的双边访问,因此对于巴基斯坦的国民来讲享受高水平的理解、信任和善意。巴基斯坦外交部说。
北京政府说扎尔达里的访问将加深中巴两国战略伙伴的关系。
其它将要讨论的问题包括:六周前两名中国电信工程师在阿富汗边境被塔利班武装势力绑架,这两名工程师命运如何。
中国已正式要求巴基斯坦政府营救人质。
过去驻巴基斯坦的中国人成为伊斯兰武装势力和反对派部落的袭击的目标,因为这些反政府武装显然在尝试希望结束伊斯兰堡与中国可信赖的联盟关系。
