达许·汉密特（Samuel Dashiell Hammett，1894年5月27日－1961年1月10日），是一个被称为开创“冷硬派”推理小说和短篇小说的美国作家。他创作的不朽故事人物包括《马耳他之鹰》(The Maltese Falcon)里的山姆·史培德(Sam Spade)，《瘦人》(The Thin Man)里面的Nick and Nora Charles，还有《红色收获》(Red Harvest)和《丹恩咒诅》(The Dain Curse)里面的“大陆侦探社无名探员”(the Continental Op)。
