对国际留学生，基辅大学提供三种形式的经济援助，它们分别是：Entrance Awards, Work-Study and In-course Bursaries。但大部分提供给upper-year学生。
 
基辅大学对国际留学生提供的Entrance scholarships and awards有以下两种情况：
 1、Merit Scholarships for International Students，此奖学金提供给9月入学的新生，一般根据申请者的学术成绩进行提供，申请的相关材料必须在5月1日前提交。
 2、 Registrar's Entrance Scholarships：此奖学金一般提供给经济上需要帮助的学生，此奖学金金额在 $1,000 - $3,000加元。学生可同时申请此两种奖学金。基辅大学对国际留学生一般不提供全额奖学金，同时对申请费，交通费及现有的相关费用也不提供经济支援。
 
 
International In-course scholarships and awards的情况有：
 
Scholarships
国际留学生一般来说可以申请大多数基辅大学提供的in-course cholarships，此类奖学金大部分根据学生在校的成绩自动提供。该奖学金竞争激烈。此类奖学金的申请截止日期为4月1日。
 
Bursaries and Awards with a Financial Need Component
申请的学生要填写Financial Need Assessment Form提交给International Student
Advisor，此类奖学金需每学期进行评估，一般解决学生临时出现的经济困难。
 OSOTF (ACCESS awards)或the General Bursary funds不提供给国际留学生。
 基辅大学对残疾学生设有专门的奖学金，凡在残疾学生中心Centre for Students with Disabilities(C.S.D)注册的学生都有资格申请学校提供的所有scholarships and bursaries。
